My trade activity is currently suspended. This website presents planned services and allows non-binding discussions. Paid work can begin only after the activity has resumed and the individual project has been confirmed.
Enquiries and agreeing on work
This website presents my services. Clicking a contact link or submitting an enquiry does not place a binding order. Before agreeing on a project, we will confirm the deliverable, scope of work, final price, timeline, handover method and payment terms in writing.
Listed prices are final for the stated scope and are in Czech koruna (CZK). A price marked 'from' is a starting price; a specific quote will clarify it based on the brief. Domain registration and hosting are charged separately. Their cost and any additional charges will be provided before the relevant service is agreed. Communication incurs no special charge beyond your normal tariff.
Rights under distance contracts
If you are a consumer, you will receive information relevant to the specific service or deliverable before entering into a contract, including information about any right of withdrawal and a model form. Distance contracts generally provide a 14-day withdrawal period; statutory exceptions depend on the type of performance and whether the relevant conditions are met.
Starting a service before the withdrawal period expires requires your express request. For digital content and fully performed services, any loss of the right of withdrawal is subject to specific statutory conditions, including prior information and the necessary consent. An enquiry alone does not constitute such consent.
Defects and complaints
You can report a defect or complaint by email to salli.work86@gmail.com or in writing to the registered address. Please identify the project, describe the problem, state the remedy you seek and provide contact details. I will confirm receipt and the outcome of your complaint.
Statutory rights concerning defective performance are not limited by the number of revision rounds listed in the pricing. Consumer complaints are handled within the statutory period, generally no later than 30 days unless we expressly agree on a longer period. For digital content and digital content services, a reasonable period applies, taking their nature and purpose into account.
Out-of-court dispute resolution
If we cannot resolve a consumer dispute directly, you may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, the competent body for out-of-court resolution of disputes relating to these services. Conditions and an application form are available on the Authority's consumer dispute resolution page.
This information describes the basic way we work together. The specific contract and pre-contractual information are prepared according to the project; your statutory consumer rights are not restricted.
